I have once again had an idea that probably should have stayed inside my brain. Instead... I’m inviting a bunch of us to stage a tiny, chaotic rebellion against the state of the world.
Not a productivity challenge. Not a self-improvement program. Just 21 days of ridiculous little missions to remind us that we are still alive, we are still human, and we refuse to hand our joy over to whatever fresh hell is happening in the news today.
There will be nostalgia. There might be sour candy and Saturday morning cartoons. There may even be unhinged kitchen dance parties and questionable life choices involving snacks from 1986.
Will it solve late-stage capitalism? Sadly, no.
Will it help your nervous system? I genuinely think it might.
*Possible side effects may include spontaneous dancing, uncontrollable laughter, and rediscovering your whimsy.
Every day you'll get one tiny experiment. Some will send you on a scavenger hunt. Some will have you digging through old playlists or trying something you've never noticed before. None of them are about self-improvement for the sake of self-improvement. They're designed to interrupt autopilot, wake up your curiosity, and remind you that the world is still full of interesting things.
Think voice notes from your zany friend with the questionable ideas. I'll pop in for just a few minutes each day with real talk, mischievous permission slips, and the occasional completely unreasonable suggestion.
Not because the good old days were better, but because they're full of clues. We'll revisit old songs, forgotten snacks, childhood favourites, tiny rituals, and all the wonderfully random things that help us remember who we were before life became one long list of responsibilities.
Turns out it's easier to do slightly ridiculous things when other people are doing them too. Share your discoveries, celebrate your tiny wins, or quietly lurk while eating the fancy bread. All participation styles are welcome.
Inside The Calm Mama Method, I'll walk you through my 3-step framework to go from overwhelmed and running on empty to organised and actually enjoying your days.

Inside The Calm Mama Method, I'll walk you through my 3-step framework to go from overwhelmed and running on empty to organised and actually enjoying your days.
I am deeply distraught about the state of the world, but I am also just so fucking tired of being angry all the time.
I'll have fun, I'll make the plans, I'll start the hobby, and do the thing when everything calms down.
I miss the version of me who used to laugh easier, be more curious, lighter and less cynical.
I want to start feeling more like myself again but I can barely remember who she is.
I'm just so exhausted from... all the things.
If you’re nodding along, hi. You’re the exact co-conspirator I dreamed up this ridiculous little experiment for.
Let's get that out of the way first.
The world is heavy. There are people hurting, problems worth paying attention to, and a million legitimate reasons to be outraged and overwhelmed. We are not ignoring any of that.
We are just refusing to let despair occupy every single square inch of our lives.
Joy and grief can coexist. Anger and laughter too. Being informed and buying a whole box of chocolates just for yourself can also coexist.
We don't need less caring but for those of us who feel deeply, we also need more reminders that we're still allowed to feel joy in the middle of it.

Every day for 21 days, you'll receive a short audio from me and one tiny mission. Some will make you laugh, some will surprise you, some will send you down a nostalgia rabbit hole you didn't see coming. Some might involve eating the cereal your mom never let you have or buying the fancy coffee simply because life is short and there's enough bullshit to contend with.
This isn't another self-improvement challenge. There are already enough people on the internet trying to convince you to wake up at 5 am, optimize your morning routine, and become a shinier, more productive human.
Sparkatron isn't about becoming someone better or pretending the world is hunky-dory.
It's about remembering who you already are. The version of you who is curious, who notices things, who laughs until your stomach hurts, who does ridiculous things simply because they sound fun.
It's also an invitation to stop waiting for the world to calm down to notice that there is still goodness worth paying attention to. To make room for curiosity alongside responsibility, laughter alongside grief, and whimsy alongside all the absolute nonsense we're living through.
🔎
WEEK 1
Follow the Clues
We'll be snooping around your past for evidence. Old playlists, childhood favourites, colours, textures, snacks, memories... basically anything your adult brain accidentally shoved in the junk drawer.
🎈
WEEK 2
See Where They Lead
Once we've got a few clues, all bets are off. We'll follow our curiosity into tiny adventures, questionable experiments, and delightfully unnecessary detours just to see what happens.
✨
WEEK 3
Keep the Magic
Here's where we gather up all the good stuff we've found and figure out how to sneak a little more of it into everyday life. Because the challenge might end, but I'd really like your curiosity to stick around.
Curiosity is delightfully dangerous. It asks weird questions, breaks boring patterns, and imagines way better futures. They’d rather we stay exhausted and doomscrolling. Instead, we’re looking up, looking around, and wondering what else is possible.
02
Taking the world seriously doesn't mean we have to stay miserable 24/7. Cry-laughing at something ridiculous doesn't mean you care less about these batshit times. It just means you refuse to let life turn you into a sad, deflated balloon.
Whimsy is wonderfully impractical, which is exactly why it matters. Not everything has to be productive, monetized, optimized, or useful. Who said you can't buy a kazoo or wear your sparkly shoes to the grocery store? Sometimes doing something simply because it delights you is a sneaky middle finger to a world that keeps asking you to produce more and feel less.
02
The algorithms want us furiously clicking and outrage-scrolling until our brains turn into soup. Between that and the mental load of everyday life, choosing wonder over outrage is our favorite little rebellion.
Your inner magic is still alive and well. It just got buried under junk mail, laundry piles, and adult responsibilities. We're going treasure hunting for it. Not to optimize you, upgrade you, or turn you into a productivity robot, but to snap you out of autopilot, break up the monotony, and remember how good it feels to be a little bit unhinged again.
06
We are completely done living on scraps of happiness and waiting for life to magically chill the eff out before we allow ourselves to seek out and experience joy. Joy is an act of rebellion and it belongs smack in the middle of our chaotic, unfinished lives.

If you join Sparkatron 3000 and decide within 3 days that it's not for you, just send me an email and I'll refund you in full. No awkward conversations, no hoops to jump through. I want you here because you want to be here, and that's it.
1-hour workshop with accompanying workbook and cheat sheet. Find your footing amidst the chaos, rediscover what lights you up, and reframe midlife as a time of real possibility.

I spent two and a half decades in design, brand strategy, and academia before realizing that most of adulting is a series of made-up rules and endless admin work.
A few years back, I started something called The Good Human Experiment, a 30-day kindness challenge that taught me two big things: people are secretly desperate for community, and tiny, weird missions actually work.
Lately, the world has been an absolute doozie. Between the news cycle, the outrage machine, menopause, and the sheer audacity of daily responsibilities, I am done with it all.
I can't fix the state of the world, but I refuse to let despair drag me down without a fight.
So I decided to stage another experiment.
Sparkatron 3000 is my unhinged, warm, deeply rebellious response to midlife, exhaustion and the sheer fuckery of the world we're living in. I built it because I needed it, and because doing ridiculous things is a million times better when you have good company.
Consider me your fairy godmother with questionable ideas and a great snack selection. Come hang out with me.

“Working with Rachela was truly transformative. Her thoughtful mentorship helped me gain clarity in my goals and confidence in my voice.
She has an exceptional ability to guide with both compassion and precision, helping you grow in ways you didn’t know were possible.”
"Rachela shares not just guidance, but passion and a genuine belief in us. She helps us see our potential long before we fully recognize it ourselves. That kind of mentorship is rare, and deeply appreciated."
"Rachela's support has meant so much throughout my journey. I am truly thankful for her warmth and kindness. I often find myself thinking about how grateful I am. She brings such a comforting, encouraging energy, and I’ll always hold that close.
One short paragraph that captures the key transformation and reminds them what they're getting. This is NOT a full re-listing of everything - just the essence.
Possible side effects may include spontaneous dancing, uncontrollable laughter, and rediscovering your whimsy.
Each day includes a short audio from me (usually around 8–25 minutes), a tiny mission or experiment, optional reflection.
Some days might take five minutes. Some days might send you down a nostalgia rabbit hole involving old songs, snacks, movies, or things you forgot you loved.
No. Actually, please don’t turn this into another thing on your to do list. The goal is not perfection or adding more to your plate. Miss a day? Come back. Miss five days? Come back. Your joy does not require perfect attendance.
Absolutely not. You can participate quietly or you can share everything. You can also pop in occasionally and say “I wore my sparkly shoes” and disappear again. All valid.
No fancy supplies required. You can use a plain notebook, your Notes app, Google docs, a random journal you bought 3 years ago and never used, post-it notes. All are acceptable.
(Although if you need a reason to buy a fresh new notebook, this is your permission slip.)
This experience was created with women in mind, especially those who have spent years being the responsible one, the caretaker, the planner, the person everyone counts on, the one with the mental load, dealing with menopause while the world is on fire. That said, anyone who comes in with curiosity, kindness, and a willingness to participate in the spirit of the experience is welcome.
The magic of this experience is that it’s a shared moment in time.
You’ll have access throughout the 21 days, plus an additional integration period afterward to revisit anything you missed, share reflections, and celebrate your wins. The community will stop being actively monitored on August 30 and access to the recordings and content will end on September 30.
Giving the Sparkatron 3000 an end date creates just enough structure to help you actually do it without feeling rushed.
You'll have 2 months, which is far more than the 21 days themselves. Take breaks if you need to. Miss a few days. Life happens. My sincerest hope is also that this is so well-received and helpful to those of you participating that I get to do another round. Which means that each Sparkatron experience will have a closing date so I can wrap up the community, support everyone who's currently on the ride, and get ready for the next group of brave humans.
For technical issues, payment questions, or account help, please contact me directly. The community is for connection, encouragement, sharing, and celebrating. I won’t be monitoring the community as a customer service inbox, so email is always the fastest way to reach me.
Yes. If you join and decide within 3 days that it's not for you, just send me an email and I'll refund you in full. No awkward conversations, no hoops to jump through.
